Terms of service
These plain-language terms describe the current invite-only, adult-facing private beta. They are not a substitute for legal review before launch.
The service
HeroTeller helps parents, guardians, and other adults create personalised stories and optional AI narration for children. Accounts are intended for adults; children must not create or manage accounts independently. The service may be changed, paused, or retired as the beta develops.
AI-generated content
Stories and narration are generated with specialised third-party AI providers. Outputs may contain mistakes, unexpected ideas, or material that is not suitable for every child. Generated stories may not be unique. Review content before giving it to a child, and do not rely on it for medical, educational, safety, or other professional advice.
Responsible use
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, impersonate another person, attempt to access another account, misuse invitations, reverse engineer the service, or use HeroTeller to create harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend access when necessary to protect people, the service, or legal obligations.
Content and availability
You keep the rights you have in information you submit. AI output is subject to applicable law and may not qualify for exclusive rights. HeroTeller does not promise exclusivity, uninterrupted availability, or that every output will meet your expectations. Delete stories and your account through the controls provided in the service.
Credits and purchases
The current codebase provides beta allowances and optional tester credits. It does not currently expose paid checkout, subscriptions, automatic renewal, or a payment processor. No paid terms, refund promise, or withdrawal-right waiver should be inferred from this beta page. If paid functionality is introduced, the purchase flow and these terms must be updated before launch.

Please use the Contact page once the operator's support address is configured. INPOSOL d.o.o. and qualified counsel must complete the governing-law, liability, consumer-rights, and complaint-handling details before these terms are relied upon.
